I've only owned this motorcycle for a year and a half (I'm only the second owner), and now I have to sell it because I'm in grad school and don't have time to ride. I bought it from the BMW dealer, so it's in good shape. The exhaust is dented from the one off road trip I took, but the dealer told me that doesn't affect it at all (the bike slipped in the mud while going very slow, and a rock happened to be where the exhaust was). I only rode it a few thousand miles and these bikes are famous for being able to go over 100,000 miles. It's an incredibly fun bike to ride. Able to go cross-country on road or off road. Fairly new Heidenau tires as well as nice top case included- about a $1000 value! Heidenau tires are the best, are able to go over 10,000 miles, and are true 50/50 on-road/off-road capable. The bike also has about $1000 of off-road upgrades, including a protection cage, skid plate, headlight protector, and kick-stand mud plate- basically everything you need to go off-road. I'm also throwing in a nice BMW jacket I got as a gift- it's probably worth $400. Includes ABS, heated grips, center stand and standard computer. The yellow and black "Bumble Bee" color scheme was only available in 2009 and evokes a famous BMW motorcycle from decades ago. The Blue Book dealer price with ABS is $7400, and that doesn't include the thousands of dollars of accessories.
