This is my mom's 1979 Volkswagen Beetle Convertible. She doesn't drive anymore and needs to sale her Bug. It starts right up and runs smooth and quiet, drives good and the brakes work good. The engine does NOT leak any oil. The garage floor is dry where its parked. Within the last 3 or 4 years it has had a New paint, New top, Struts, Door panels, battery and the engine was rebuilt along with the carburetor. The Bug has never been in a wreck. the body looks good and has had its floors repaired. It has a few things that need to be done on it. It is time to have the valves re-adjusted on the engine. The back window is held in with silicone and should be fixed with a new seal, but doesn't leak as it is. This is a beautiful Volkswagen, Pictures don't do it justice. Looks great in person. As a side note: In 1979 Yellow was not a color option, this Bug was special ordered Yellow from the factory. At least this is what I was told. Anyway, It has a Tan boot for the top that needs cleaned that's included. It has a good clean title and it's tagged. Please ask all you questions before you bid.
