Vehicle Detail

IMPORTANT : READ ENTIRE LISTING We have priced things out and from what we can tell the transmission is well worth the $2k we have in it, the LS1 motor is worth another $1500 to $2000, and the set of 4 rims/wheels are worth between $500 and $1000. With our buy it now and starting bid we are well below what the market seems to support as far as value. The Drive train is well worth more than the opening bid. All the care needs is a front clip and some bolt on parts. This is NOT a stock transmission, it hass all corvette upgrades and a "beast" shell. See build sheet for details. The tranny is $2200 of the value. The LS1 motor is a true LS1 . Aluminum Block V8 ...Low miles. The drive train is worth more than $3500 as -is. This car looks worse than it is. The drive train is extremely healthy but needs a a couple of parts replaced. This car be rebuilt, but the big value is all in the motor and transmission. If you look at the pictures you can see the frame is fine and the core support and intake are the only "major" items in need of attention. 2001 B4C Police Package Camaro with "beast" transmission, rebuild Project, LS1. Hot rodders delight. The LS1 motor only has 70, 329 miles on it.The car does not run because the air intake is cracked. You can see that in one of the pictures. Also the air cleaner is removed. The sheet metal core support is pushed back into the pulleys on the front of the motor. It might need belts. It will need to have the old gas drained. It may need pulleys and belts, but the motor and tranny are beyond solid runners. Bolt on stuff and the sheet metal is the only reason it does not start up right now. The car ran fine until the low speed impact which pushed back all the sheet metal of the hood and core support. The drive train is solid out side of the obvious parts issues. If we do not get our price on this, We are going to pull the motor and drop it in another Corvette. We are selling it because we just have too many other projects right now. Be sure to look at all the pictures posted on the Imageshack links. It will give you a good idea of all it will take to make this a runner or a donor. Over $2100 was spent on rebuilding the transmission. Corvette servo package was installed as well as a “Beast” reaction shell. There are only 2501 miles on the new transmission build. None of them hard run miles. You are not going to find another transmission this fresh or built this well for under $2500 to $3000. Perfect drive train for hot rod build, body great for drag build. The car does not start and run at this time. This B4C Police package Camaro was purchased at a State Police Auction in Frankfort Kentucky on 06/21/2013. It was missing the right front seat and needed a new transmission. Transmission was put into it and car seat obtained and installed on 08/08/2013. Here is a link to the receipt for the work that was done to the transmission. https://imageshack.com/i/pmbwHhtJj The current actual miles on the car are 70, 329. The title lists the mileage as 94, 857, this is not correct. If you look at the receipt for the transmission rebuild you can see that they listed the mileage at the time as 67, 828. The car was purchased at auction and they did not list that actual miles correctly. You can verify that this is and actual B4C car and LSI motor on the service parts list here, https://imageshack.com/i/pofkMe60jOctober 2013- 18 year old Daughter fell asleep at the wheel and rear-ended another car at a red light in a 45 mile an hour lane. It was put into enclosed storage until now. Vehicle must be picked up at the storage facility. The car was only driven for 2 months since the rebuild. The car ran very strong prior to the fender bender. The drive train is top notch and can be a great set up for a hot rod build. The LS1 and tranny are set up correct for most builds, not rear tranny like a corvette LS1. As you can see from the pictures the body is straight except for the front end. It needs fenders, front valance, a core support and it can be put back on the road. It also needs a wind shield. The interior is in pretty good shape, but the air bags have been deployed. Tires are decent also. Here is a link to all the available pictures of the car, including receipts for the car and the work that has been done to it since it was purchased. https://imageshack.com/a/enMJ/1 Payment is due before pick up. Unit can be left in the storage facility as long as the new owner pays the $50 a month rental fee, and the car is transferred and paid in full. All E-Bay rules apply.
