Got this rare 1978 Vespa Piaggio moped. Has 1550 miles. Blue in color. Has some light surface rust on the chrome areas. Pedals look to be bent a little and chain is off in the side cover. We bought it, not really our thing to get into. Would be a good restoration project. Was told it will start but will not stay running. We have not tried to start it. Leaving the restoration up to you. Looks to be complete. We have the clean title. Pickup will be in Dubuque Iowa only. If you want to have it shipped, you will have to arrange that.
