I reserve the right to end this listing at anytime. 1983 Nissan 280ZX 5 spd. - 54619 mi. - SUPER RARE AND DESIREABLE COLOR. An unmodified stock example that makes no excuses. It has been meticulously cared for and properly stored / maintained / garaged since new. The Champagne / Gold metallic paint has an awesome shine and no body damage. The moldings, handles, window glass, pinstripe, lettering, t-top panels, covers, rubber seals, and all other exterior features are in super condition. The wheels are spotless and the new Kumho sport tires have almost new tread ( see pic ). It drives straight down the road with zero issues. Barely driven in rain and hand detailed on a regular basis. There are two very small rust spots starting on the roof next to the drivers side T-tops. I just took a thorough look at the car and found one more rust spot. On the inside of the rear hatch. I added pictures of the rust areas and adjusted the asking price accordingly. Other than these spots the car is rust free. On the inside, the Beige suede interior still looks, feels and smells new. As you can see in the pics, the seats fabric is plush and the flooring has no wear ( I do have rubber mats over the carpeted ones ). The door panels, t-top bags, orig. headliner, rear hatch panels, inserts, dash ( 0 cracks ), center console, faceplates, etc. are stock orig. and all of the interior buttons / switches - power windows, door locks, antenna, window defog, cruise, hatch release function as they should. The orig. stereo / speakers sound great and clock keeps perfect time ( see pic ). Sexy voice warning does not miss a word. The spare, tools, jack, and inflator canister are still in place. Mechanically, it starts, idles, and drives smoothly as you would expect a near new car should. The engine compartment is stock and all of the servicing is up to date - a/c, belts, coolant, fluids all changed / maintained at the proper intervals, The 5 speed tranny shifts softly and it performs on all levels. It has never been driven hard and it shows. The a/c is blistering cold and the brakes have plenty of pad left. All of the other mechanical functions are on point.
