For sale is a very unique 1955 Ford F100 with utility bed. This is an all original survivor F100 that has spent it's entire life in Bakersfield, CA. It is equipped with the original 239 V8 engine and 4spd manual transmission that it came with from the factory. Everything is original down to the Ford single pane glass windows and utility bed. The truck was used as the service truck for the Imperial Alarm Company here in town for 20 years. It sat on a ranch only a few miles away for over 25 years until it was resurrected by the prior owner and brought back to running condition. The wheels were replaced with Ford factory wheels from a 1965 F100 and the interior was refurbished. Otherwise, it has 61 years of patina with no major rust issues. It still has the original radio (which does not work) . This is a running, fully registered truck with a clean California title. I drive this truck several times per week and have never been left stranded. I am selling because I simply do not have the time to take on a restoration project, and would like to purchase a fully restored F100. Feel free to call with any questions or for additional pictures.
