Up for sale is my personally owned 2002 50th Anniversary Collector’s Edition Cadillac Eldorado ETC. This car is a numbered limited edition and is numbered at 442 out of 1596 on the production run. Simply stated, this is an outstanding representative of the Cadillac Eldorado and is a beautiful car that runs and looks like new. The car has only a little over 95k miles which equates to a little over 6300 miles a year, and as stated before looks and runs extraordinary. To begin with I acquired this car for my Dad from a mechanic in New Jersey who had his brother drive it up after he got repositioned in his business and did not need the car anymore due to getting a company car. Since I wanted to make sure this car was good for my dad I ran the car for three months to take care of all the mechanics and body imperfections and I made this car for all intensive purposes to near as new as possible. The power train is excellent, and the Northstar engine has no leaks over 350 hp, and runs at perfect operating temperature and has tremendous acceleration, and matched to a perfectly smooth transmission. The battery, Alternator, the complete front end, the front and rear factory shocks, the brakes, including rotors and calipers and pads, and brake lines have all been overhauled and replaced. The tires have 85% tread life left and every fluid has been changed and all filters have been replaced. The fuel pump was replaced and the car has gone through a complete tune up including all plugs, and ignition packs have been replaced. There are no check engine lights on, has passed a rigorous NYS emissions and safety inspection, and the car turn heads wherever it goes. Some people even think it’s a 2015, even though the Eldorado hadn’t been made since 2002, the final year of the body style, which this one is a great example of. All electronics work as they should, including the Bose radio, power seats door locks, passive alarm, and all lights. The climate controls all work, and the ac works as well, but will need a Freon recharge to come up to GM specs. After having this car for a few months and getting all the mechanics done right, we turned our attention to some body scuffs on the bumpers and some minor abrasions on some body panels, and all that work was done by fanned Cadillac Auto Specialist JSA Automotive on Long Island, and now the car is basically MINT cosmetically! The only reason I am selling this car is that my dad took ill and while he is on the mend after surgery, he would rather not relocate to Florida with this fine vehicle, so that’s why I am selling it after al this work was done to make the car as it stands now, in showroom condition. In terms of the interior, the car sports a two tone interior which is near flawless in the front and in showroom mint condition in the back. In looking at the invoices I have put over 5k in this car and based on this car’s initial sticker prices of over $50,000 it will be a new owners pride and joy at a fraction of its original price.
