Up for sale is a 1991 Rolls Royce Silver Spur II. It has a little over 49000 miles. We pulled the car from an estate to check over, clean up and sale for the family. The car had last been drove in 2012, but the battery was dead. We put a battery in it, checked the fluids and started it right up. The interior cleaned up really nice, and as well as all the carpets. The paint looks nice from five feet away, but there is a lot of contamination in the paint. Some paint is peeling from the center hood chrome, and I can see whaere there has been paint work on the car and in different light the shade is off. The leather/vinyl top is discolored as well, and it looks as if a touch up attempt was performed on it. I would say to be comfortable driving the car any real distance, typical maintenance will need to be performed on the car such as brake check, fluids, maybe a tune up, which it does start right up and purr, just probably due for some of that work. I have drove the car and got it to operating temperature, the A/C works the power seat on passenger side does not work and the passenger rear window does not work. Rides nice, tires do not seem to have any flat spots. We do not have records on the car. Priced now to move immediately.We are New Vintage Automotive in Cookeville, TN 38501.
