2006 BMW 530Xi wagon. Great condition. Perfect driver. Well cared for and never smoked in. Always serviced by qualified techs and never skimped on. Options include heated front and rear seats, power windows, mirrors, rear hatch and panoramic sunroof (NO leaks or weirdness with the roof). 18" aftermarket wheels with Dunlop Direzza DZ102 tires (about 90% tread on front tires, 60% on rears). Stock wheels also included. iDrive with nav (map package updated last year), Sirius, bluetooth, device integration, etc. Interior is in excellent shape and shows very little wear except for the common areas (iDrive knob and seat controls have some minor visible wear). BMW Parking assist (or whatever they call their radar thing that lets you know you're about to hit something). HID headlights. Cargo cover. Two keys and all factory manuals. Replaced or serviced in last 12 months: New radiator, new hard brake lines, new cooling fans, complete AWD system service including fresh oil for all diffs, trans fluid, pan and filter.Replaced or serviced in last 30 months: Starter, water pump, brake pads, rotors and sensors. New Battery. New HID bulbs. All service was always done with ALL recommended parts being replaced. If radiator replacement suggested replacing any hoses, fittings, etc, those were ALWAYS done. Oil changes were completed by owner at between 4-5,000 miles each time. The Bad: Very little for a car of this age and mileage. But if you want to nitpick: Headlights are a bit cloudy. Still perfectly safe at night and transmit plenty of light, but don't look as nice as the rest of the car. Front passenger side window switch does not work. Window works fine from the driver's side switch, but not the passenger side switch. Small bald spot on cargo area carpet (See photo. Looks like previous owner set down a hot soup bowl or something. I hope it was good soup). Front Roundel emblem is pretty sketchy. We replaced it with an aftermarket emblem when we got the car and, all, you get what you pay for. Car has some minor paint chips here and there, but overall the finish is of a very high quality, and commensurate or better than I;d expect for age and mileage. Will throw an occasional "loose fuel cap" CEL. I've replaced fuel caps a few times, so I just stopped paying attention. I've tried to be thorough with the list of possible negatives in the interest of full disclosure and informed bidding. The overall condition of the car is very, very good, and I would have no hesitation to personally take it on a cross country journey tomorrow (except for the fact that the insurance and tags have expired). Car is located in Ormond Beach, Florida and transportation will need to be arranged by the buyer. As we feel the car has been portrayed accurately, NO further negotiation will take place once the auction has ended. Non-refundable $250 deposit due within 48 hours of auction close. Car is in safe location and can be stored for reasonable amount of time after auction close while buyer arranges pickup or delivery. Balance due in cash or cashiers check before the car leaves my possession.
