This 2 owner, California original truck has never been used for off-roading. The vehicle was purchased in 1982 from Capitol Ford in San Jose California, from inside the show room as it had every option available for this year Bronco (including split, sliding rear side windows), with the exception of a snowplough. I purchased the truck in 1995 from its original owner, whom I knew personally, who used the truck as a daily driver. I bought the truck with 96,000 on the odometer. The engine(351W, 5.8 ltr.) was rebuilt, as well as new exhaust from the catalytic converter back in 2005 at which time the odometer read 165,410. The odometer now reads 181,400. The engine was only rebuilt as a matter of convenience since I was having the truck painted. At the same time the truck was repainted Porsche Slate Grey, the radiator support was powder coated flat black, new full carpet kit, much of the window rubber and numerous other trim pieces were replaced. The vehicle is currently in covered storage and has been for the last three years. The removable top has only been removed to paint the vehicle and the rubber seals with no leaks. Truck sits on a set of 33x12.50x15 BFG Radial T/A's, including rear mounted spare. The tires will need replacing. C6 transmission performs brilliantly. The carburetor has just been rebuilt.The trucks interior is in great condition and the base of the seats has had the upholstery replaced (not with original fabric in photos). The dash bezel and stereo bezels have been replaced with the original wood grain to match the steering wheel shown in the photo. The rear seat is in excellent condition and not currently mounted in the vehicle. I ran the truck as 2-seater from the time it was painted in 2005. I am only selling because I currently live overseas and the vehicle is too nice to see it destroyed by the salt air conditions of the island I reside on. The vehicle will be available for inspection in El Dorado Hills February 13 and 14. I have all the paperwork, including original bill of sale from Capitol Ford.
