1948 Chevrolet Fleetline Aero Rat Rod. There's really no explanation to the madness you see in these pics The body is solid mounted on to a 1999 S10 frame. It starts, stops, drives, and so on. the engine is probably due for a tuneup, but it fires right up. The wire harness is complete from the s10 donor and can use some tidying up. All exterior lights, turn signals, etc, work as they should. Has an older mustang radiator with a new electric pusher fan and a temp gauge. It runs around 160 degrees sitting still or driving. Has great oil pressure. The s10 had just over 70k miles. Brakes work The body is clearly rusty, rotten, and dented. There is a new steel floor with new bracing underneath. s10 gas tank is mounted in the trunk The rest is just a some random stupidity that came into my mind and out on the car. Should prove to be a fun little ride with some TLC before any long trip. Ive only driven it local and people flock to it like free money.
