I am not a Dealer. My father passed less than a month ago. He had bought a used handicapped van from a reputable dealer in Florida but never got to drive it. We installed a newer a brake system on all four wheels to compensate of the added weight of this type of van. It was driven from Florida to Massachusetts and now I must sell it. Unfortunately there is NO Kelly Blue Book Value for Handicapped Vans. On Ebay Autos and Craigslist the price varies from $5,000 to $20,000. I researched prices and saw that the dealer was actually a fair price. He paid $16,900. We are selling it for $12,900 OR Best Offer. We feel that it is a fair price for its condition and low mileage. It is the 2002 Dodge Standard Braun Conversion Handicap Van in EXCELLENT CONDITION WITH 53,000 MILES FROM FLORIDA (Less Winter Damage from Salt etc). The Van is in Salem, MA. I am not sure of shipping but we could arrange some type of delivery/pickup locally or half way or if necessary I could get a driver to deliver for a small additional price. Anywhere in New England would not be a problem.
