The rocker panels are pristine original and look and feel great. I have several thousand dollars in maintenance and service records, including timing belt done at about 94k. This SUV is built on a strong and sturdy frame, and the transmission is a manual 5 speed that shifts smoothly without any feedback. This vehicle is in great mechanical condition, as I do not know of any to speak of. In the owners manual there are records of oil changes all the way back to 2002 when the first owner had it, this is not something you normally see in a vehicle of this age. If I were to have kept this for myself, I would put some nice name brand white walls on it, and got the ABS light checked (I'll check to see if its just a fuse) and I'd clear minor-codes P0328 and P0127.
