This tuner is for a ford vehicle with the 6.0 diesel. It fit the F or E model ford truck, or vans (f250, f350, f450, E250, E350) I bought this tuner thinking it would fit my 7.3 diesel truck. It is not vin locked, and is in good condition. I bought my 7.3 diesel 1n 1999, and as a diesel heavy duty truck it lagged a little, so a friend said get the superchip tuner, I did, and who, the fuel economy got better, but the pickup, it shifted faster. When I sold my truck with 300 thousand miles on it, it was running well, and the 1st thing the man asked for was the tuner. Realized my mistake in selling the truck, and went out and bought a 2001 F250 (7.3 diesel) But something was missing, the superchip tuner. I got to have it.
