Up for sale is a very good running 99 F150. I purchased this truck last year and have since put about 10k miles on it. I am selling it only because I bought a different truck with a V8 and a back seat as this truck that I am selling does not have those things. It does have a reese hitch on it with proper trailer wiring, I've used it to haul my pop-up around as well as to go get mulch (3 yards at a time) and it's done great. The gel coat on the cap has faded from the sun as you can see, but it is a color match. You could put a clear coat on it and it would look great. It does have a duraliner drop in bed liner. Last time I looked underneath there was no rust on the bed. The window on the cap was recently replaced with a piece of plexi-glass, but it is missing the shocks and the hardware to lock the cap. These can be ordered from Century. The truck has new shocks and new ujoints since I've owned it and it received new brakes and new tires prior to me owning it. The truck also has a sony 1-disc CD player installed with an auxiliary input on the front, it works great.Known issues:1) Needs one new tranny cooler line. There is a leak and once the fluid gets low it will slip a little bit in between gears. If you went to the dealership they would charge you about $300. I found the line on rock auto for $40.2) The brake light is on. This is because I replaced a brake line and when I bled the master cylinder the sensor for the brake fluid level was damaged. You can jiggle the sensor and the light turns off.3) The check engine light is on, this is an EGR code that is being thrown. Have not done any investigation as to why because the truck runs fine.This really is a good running truck and I would drive it anywhere. I drove it every weekend around town and sometimes during the week. I've also taken it on 5 hour road trips without any issue at all.
