Up for auction is an original 1963-1/2 Ford Galaxie 500XL Fastback 4 speed car. I have provided photos of all the data plates and codes to help you. I have a clear Texas title in my name with the same VIN # on it. Here is what has been done to the car - The 390 was pulled and completely rebuilt, crank and cam only needed polishing, heads and carb rebuilt -all else new. NEW ITEMS - battery, brake master cylinder, generator rebuilt, front and rear shocks, upper/lower ball joints, inner/outer tie rods, brake line front to rear, wheel cylinders, fuel line (alum) from tank to block, fuel tank with sending unit, complete exhaust system from exhaust manifolds to rear of car including mufflers, clutch and pressure plate, front windshield, front floor pans both sides, new lights/bulbs as needed. Interior all new carpet, headliner, door panels, seat covers, etc back to original color. New weather stripping as needed. On Dec-06-15 at 18:47:24 PST, seller added the following information: Added a few photos from under the car. Does not have power steer and it has drum brakes, response to an earlier question. On Dec-07-15 at 17:12:30 PST, seller added the following information: There is a typo in the description, I stated the car is (not titled or insured), what I meant to say it is not registered or insured. I do have a clear Texas title in my name. Sorry for any confusion On Dec-09-15 at 18:34:44 PST, seller added the following information: i am going to combine responses again - Door panels and front/rear seat covers were purchased from dear born classics (you can find them on the web). many parts were purchased from same site. Seat covers were were installed by an upholstery shop who also repaired/replaced the foam, Clutch and pressure plate are brand new. The spinner type hub caps do not exist, there are no hub caps. i did not replace wheels/tires because whoever buys it can do what "they " want with it. Door/roof rail/trunk/window felts have all been replaced plus other smaller seals, sorry don't remember them all.
