1974 Penton Jackpiner 175 sold with bill of sale only (no title). This is not a rebuild, but ebay requires something entered in their title box. Penton KTM engine is locked up and will not turn over. Many original parts are missing, as can be seen in the photos. There are no other parts included. I purchased this bike at an estate sale, so I do not know the bike’s history.
