This car was manufactured in Germany for Mercedes-Benz, but the body and some other minor components are American. The Mercedes platform that was used to build the Crossfire is a special light weight model that gives it impressive performance specs. The 3.2 liter, 6 cylinder engine produces 220hp, 229ft/lbs or torque, and 0 - 60mph in just 6.4 seconds, with a top speed of 155 mph! All that and the four-wheel ABS brakes can bring to a complete stop from 70 mph in just 161ft! And it is SAFE with a 5-star crash rating by the NHTSA.
