If you don’t have a Pay pal Account, well in advance of the auction end, go to that site and open one. 2) A Cashiers Check from a major Banking Institution (Bank of America, Wells Fargo, etc.) will be required for the balance. This check will be processed by the Buyer immediately and forwarded via Overnight Mail to the Seller within 2 Business days of auction close. 3) This Cashier’s Check will be verified and deposited. Once funds have cleared (usually 3-4 days) then Seller will notify Buyer so if necessary, Shipping arrangements by the Buyer can be made. Local Pickup is also encouraged. 4) Once funds have cleared, Title to the vehicle along with any related documents or paperwork will be sent to the Buyer via USPS Priority Mail. 5) Any Fees related to Shipping (and Insurance during such), Title Transfers, Inspections, Licensing either within or outside of California, Emission or Safety Inspections, Taxes, Notary Fees or Bank related amounts will be the Buyer’s responsibility. No exceptions. >No Shipping outside the Continental United States, Alaska or Hawaii. We won’t ship to Canada, Puerto Rico or the Dominican Republic. >Requests to ship to areas beyond what is specified will be ignored. >This is a used vehicle. No Warranty is expressed or implied but we guarantee your satisfaction. >Every effort by the Seller will be made to describe the item accurately and honestly and to disclose any known defects. >Unless the Buyer resides in the State of California, the vehicle will be sold without License Plates. It will be the Buyer’s responsibility to provide any temporary transport permits required for registration in your state - please note: California does not have Temporary Plates or Moving Permits unless you plan on registering the Vehicle here. >This is not a new vehicle. Please be aware that most used vehicles as they age will experience normal wear and tear which includes small scratches, parking lot dents, minor chips in the paint, small scrapes, etc. We try to detail through photos or description any issues with the interior or exterior of the vehicle but unless otherwise specified, expect to find these. >Local Pickup is allowed and encouraged. Title and the Vehicle will not be released until Funds have been verified and have cleared the Seller’s Financial Institution. Buyers will be asked for Identification upon Pickup, No Exceptions. >The Buyer’s Name, Address and Purchase Price of the vehicle will be reported to the California Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) regardless of what State the Vehicle goes to. Shipping: This is available either privately or through a commercial carrier and we will work with your shipper to help insure a smooth transaction. We have found Dependable Auto Shippers -- 866-327-8060 to be very easy to work with and they are local to us. We would be happy to deliver this vehicle free of charge to them once funds have cleared and the Buyer has provided a DAS BIN or Bill of Laden Tracking Number which will be verified prior to dropping the vehicle off. All other carriers will require verification of contract with the Buyer and appropriate Identification prior to release of the vehicle.We apologize if some of this policy seems a little harsh, but it's amazing how many people feel it's perfectly OK to purchase something and then fail to pay for it.
