If you bring up the vin # it reports frontend damages and all i did was tap the back of an 18 wheeler but it still shows that bad hicke on your report. It was good for me because i got good paint new shiny grill,lights. No frame damage or any major damage. truck runs and drives like a brand new one. i wish i could keep it but times are are hard right now. the seats are not that clean but do clean up perfectly and I am an ass when it comes to someone sliding out of my truck instead of stepping out so seats are not rolled over
