Aside from the obvious damage to the passenger side the exterior is in great condition. Trim, headlights, taillights, glass, door handles, bezels are all in excellent shape. Would also make a great parts car. The interior is finished with a clean and plush Tan Leather accented with dark wood trim throughout. The vehicle has been stored indoors since accident and has not been in the rain. The airbags did not deploy and there are no pesky service or check engine lights on. WOW! The sunroof operates but needs a tad bit of a push to close. The carpets throughout are in great shape, no stains or burns. All 4 wheels are in great shape, tires too, except the passenger rear will need to be replaced due to body damage against tire. We've since been able to move the metal a bit so the car can be driven. The car starts and runs great, drives well too but due to the tire being cut we would not recommend driving the vehicle home or out of state for that matter. The exterior is finished in Beige Metallic with a darker tone lower cladding all around. Aside from the obvious damage to the passenger side the exterior is in great condition. Trim, headlights, taillights, glass, door handles, bezels are all in excellent shape. Would also make a great parts car. The interior is finished with a clean and plush Tan Leather accented with dark wood trim throughout. The vehicle has been stored indoors since accident and has not been in the rain. The airbags did not deploy and there are no pesky service or check engine lights on. WOW! The sunroof operates but needs a tad bit of a push to close. The carpets throughout are in great shape, no stains or burns.

All 4 wheels are in great shape, tires too, except the passenger rear will need to be replaced due to body damage against tire. We've since been able to move the metal a bit so the car can be driven. The car starts and runs great, drives well too but due to the tire being cut we would not recommend driving the vehicle home or out of state for that matter. Vehicle returns will be accepted in certain cases. The buyer will be responsible for shipping the vehicle back to the dealership. There will be a $1500.00 USD re-stocking fee. If the vehicle is going to be driven to your home state or registered in Florida, we will require current proof of insurance in the name of the purchaser.

Payment for your purchase can be made by: Cash (in person), Certified check or Bank Transfer. Payment in full must be received within 5 business days from the closing date of the auction. Failure to comply with any part of the payment rules could void the transaction, but only at the discretion of the seller. If these forms or terms of payment are not acceptable, please do not bid. Sales Tax and Fees may vary from state to state please call to verify you state taxes. Buyers outside of Florida are responsible for applicable taxes in your state. All sales will have a $299.00 dealer admin fee and a $5.95 fee for temporary license plates collected by the state. A $1000.00 non refunable good faith deposit is required within 24 hours and $500.00 immediatly on buy it now items.

TITLE INFORMATION

In the State of Florida, most titles to vehicles are held by banks or lenders as collateral for loans. In many cases there is a delay in receiving the original instruments from the time the vehicle is paid off. While we usually have all titles in our possession at closing, there are occasions where we may be waiting for them to arrive. We are a licensed and bonded dealer in the state of Florida and guarantee a clean title on all our vehicles. Titles will be forwarded by overnight service for proper tracking. A $1000.00 deposit is due within 24 hours of auction close, NO EXCEPTIONS. After using the "BUY IT NOW" feature on the EBAY ad you will be then prompted to make an IMMEDIATE deposit of $500.00 through paypal to ensue the auction has closed and that you are the winner.
