Up for sale is my 1968 Scout, I bought this Scout several years back in Western US and had used it casually as my everyday driver till I moved East. The entire frame and body is solid since it was from a dry climate. The only thing lacking to this Scout is a fresh coat of paint. The entire tub has been protected by Rhino Liner, and I have had the entire underside protected by undercoating paint. It has been serviced regularly and runs faithfully. For the East Coast a Scout this solid is a rare find!!! 4-cylinder engine Runs great, runs faithful, starts every time, It does not leak or burn any oil at all. 49,000 original miles Block engine heater 3-speed standard True posi-traction All electronic controls work. 2 fuel tanks, passenger side has new Poly tank New fuel sending units on both tanks Brand new windshield Windshield wipers work but the airlines are currently disconnected Brand new electric fuel pump Entire inside has been Rhino-lined Brand New Reupholstered Seats 4 New seat belts Front Hubs have recently been rebuilt 4 wheel High/Low work great Tires are in Brand New condition Please notice the back side lower panel has a crinkle in it, bare metal is showing but as you can see it is not rusty,under each gas tank there is stains from fuel over the years.the paint job is NOT perfect.
