Vehicle Detail
You are viewing my 2002 Porsche 911 Targa, It has 153,000 miles on it. It looks really great for the miles, there are a few scratches which I have pictured, but overall it looks good. It is a later 3.6 liter so power is up a little over earlier versions, It has some great options including gt3 seats, leather dash, and the Porsche sports exhaust which sounds freaking awesome. Exterior: It is lapis blue and shows really great for the mileage, I have pictured any major scratches, the rear tires are brand new and the fronts have tons of life left. The brakes have about 5,000 miles on them and look new. Interior: It has great options like gt3 seats, a leather dash, sport steering wheel. The dash looks perfect and overall it is a very clean interior. However the steering wheel and driver seat bolster are showing their age. I have pictured all wear spots. All of the options work like targa top, A/C, Etc. Mechanical: The engine just starting stuttering this morning and the code says camshaft sensor. Also anywhere below 2k RPMS. it clicks loudly, I dont know how else to say this, oil pressure is great, I spent a lot of money having the valves redone (because of this clicking). It didn't go away. it seems like when you go over 2K rpms, oil pressure relieves whatever the problem is, The clutch is great, transmission shifts perfect without any issues or noise. The only other problem is the cruise control does not work. other than that this car feels extremely solid with tight suspension, great brakes, awesome exhaust note. It may just need the sensor, I'm not sure. This car will start and run but as I stated it stutters and throws misfire codes and camshaft sensor code on. I drove it on a 1000 mile round trip just last week without issue. It will pull onto a trailer no problem. Please feel free to ask any questions and good luck bidding Obviously this car is being sold “as is” and does not have a warranty or anything. This is a great car that has rare options. Please look at my feedback and know that you can be confident in bidding, I have a clean and clear title in my name.
