Originally sold to a customer in Austria, this 3.0csi was equipped with air conditioning, power rear windows and no sunroof. The factory color was Ceylon Gold; some time ago it was poorly resprayed white. I know it spent quite a bit of time in California and was trailered to Wisconsin roughly ten years ago. I bought it four years ago with plans to restore it, but other projects kept getting in the way. I have a clear Wisconsin title for the car. As it's safe to say these coupes are rust prone, I tried to capture the extent of the degradation and posted 100 or so photos here. 3.0csi photos Also, the car is missing its belt line trim, motronic ecu, grills, airbox, rear bumper (and I'm sure a bunch of other odds and ends). The car is listed in the e9coupe registry. There is a wealth of information and support for these cars on that site. Please remember, this car has been off the road for a very long time and will need a full restoration. I just want to make sure there are no surprises. Ask questions before bidding as this is a no-reserve auction and the car will be sold to the winner. I'm by no means an expert (and if you're bidding on this car you probably know more than me) but I will be glad to respond to any questions you have or take more photos on request.
