This 1940 ford 2 door sedan had a body off experience in 2009,at that time it was fitted with a crate 350 chev (#10067353) 3 speed turbo auto,along with a mustang 11 front end with disc brakes, to pick up the pace we added a 9 in ford to enhance the power a little.The all steel body with exception of the rear fiberglass fenders is finished in beautiful red with a complimentary grey interior and gm column tilt shift,the a/c keeps it nice and cool during those hot days,the handles have been shaved off,chrome and bumpers were removed for that smooth hot rod finish.It sits on a set of 15 in american torque thrust wheels.This 40 has been on numerous cruises,Woodward dream cruise,Syrucuse and Kalamazoo nationals and has done it all without any trouble.If you are looking for a Barrett Jackson quality trailer queen then this is not it,this car is a 8 out of 10 cruiser for cruise nights and going to shows.If you want to get into the hobby then this is a no nonsense car for you to get into and go have fun.
