Selling my 1965 Chevy C10 short bed fleet side. This is a TRUE short bed, not a cut-down long bed. Engine is a Chevy 350 small block with Edelbrock Performer RPM heads and Hooker headers. Transmission is a Muncie 4 speed. Suspension and steering have been upgraded to include: power steering; front and rear sway bars; new steering linkage; disk brakes in the front, and drum in the rear; new shocks and springs. Tires are in great condition and won't need replaced any time soon. Gas tank has been moved to the bed. Reproduction radio also installed, with auxiliary and USB inputs. Leather bucket seats with a middle seat/console that can be folded down and used as a cup holder/console/arm rest, or folded up for a third seat. Many other upgrades. The truck has been "painted" using a colored primer system. It's a Valspar 2k, 3 part primer, not paint. It's expensive, but the point was to seal the truck and make it more presentable for daily driving, without having to trash a new paint job in order to do the remaining body work. The body is in great condition for it's age. The only rust through the metal is in the rocker panels, and there are a few pin prick holes in the passenger floor board. This truck has been in the southwestern U.S. it's whole life. As noted below, new rocker panels are included with the truck, among a host of other parts and goodies. The bed is useable, but the wood needs to be replaced. This is a running and driving truck. I drive it on a daily basis. Extra parts the truck comes with include: a new powder coated gauge bezel; a new gauge cluster lens; new inner and outer rockers; kick panels with speakers; speaker boxes with 6x9's made to fit under the bucket seats; new A arm bushings; and lots of other miscellaneous goodies. Clean New Mexico Title. You will be responsible for delivery of the vehicle to your location. I will help to coordinate the process in any way I can, but will not contribute monetarily or be held responsible for any damages that occur during transport. Extra items will be loaded inside the cab of the truck.
