For Sale is my 1961 FORD E100 ECONOLINE PICKUP - A project that I never got around to. This truck is an older restoration and is a solid truck. Story told was that it spent most of its life in a Air Force Hanger in Illinois. Gotta love a good storyline. The miles on the truck are original even though NM will list older vehicles as EL (Exceeds Mechanical Limits). Truck was running strong when parked about a year ago. It was winterized and StaBil added to fuel. Have not started it since then. Body is Very Clean and virtually rust free. The only rust issues on the truck is a couple of small spots on the tailgate. The paint on the vehicle is peeling and a good repaint is all she needs. It started life as White, then it looks like it was painted red and then this final light blue color. It has the stock 144 6 cylinder with everything else looking to be original. The wheels have been upgraded to 14" and I do have hubcaps that come with. The tires are "trailer" tires used as rollers. Brakes are firm - shifts good (3 on the tree) - just needs care in restarting. Valve cover leaking some oil - not sure what else may be dripping. Heck I am 54 years old too and I have my age related issues - haha NO WARRANTY on this vehicle. Bid to win - RESERVE is low - this truck will sell. I repeat the only rust spots are on the tail gate and they are minimal. I have added a few more pictures to hopefully show some of the undercarriage. Any flaking you see is paint. The original white is visible underneath. You will not be disappointed and you will save lots of labor and money on body prep. The floors are solid.
