I have owned this very rare and desirable Cadillac Cimarron for 10 years and have used it only as an emergency second car. I have serviced it on a regular basis and is a joy to drive. Over that time, I have installed a new headliner, as all GM cars of this era fail. I have just had a high dollar base coat / clear coat paint job completed. I have updated the air conditioning refrigerant system. I have installed new tires, brakes, battery and exhaust. I have updated the original factory radio, with a new modern one, which is in the car now but the original factory Am/Fm cassette stereo is in the trunk and will go with the car. There is nothing wrong with the radio as it was serviced and checked out by a dealer when the new radio was installed. This car is road ready as it just received a recent tune-up. The only thing that I can find wrong, is one of the sun-visors is loose and should be tightened up.I love these cars because you can purchase a collector license plate, install it on the car, as I have done and never have to buy tabs again and collector car insurance then, is usually under $100.00 a year. Plus you have all the amenities the new cars have and the parts are super cheap and available on E bay and the car gets better then 25 mpg. The cars Front Wheel Drive could go threw the snow, but I never gave it a chance as I always stored it in the winters here. There are also 2 sets of mats that go with the car, rubber and factory custom carpet ones. The car has always started and has never given me any problems or troubles that I am aware of. I also always had the car serviced by my local GM dealership.This car is fully loaded and everything worked well when it was put in heated dry storage last October. Car, title and all paper work and books will be released to winning bidder once all forms of payment have cleared my bank.I have it set at an opening bid to eliminate tire kickers and people who think there going to steal the car. With that said, I also have it set at a very reasonable reserve for what this car is and it's condition. I have not seen another Cimarron like this in 10 years for sale on E bay or in Hemmings Motor News. Car is not for sale locally, so I will run the auction in it's entirely to be fair to all, unless you want to offer an amount that I can't refuse. I have only told my Priest, in confession, what my reserve is, so I can pass on his number if you wish to talk to Priest Bernard III. and see if you can get it out of him.
