Vehicle Detail

Up for sale is my all "Henry" steel chopped and channeled 1930 Ford Model "A" Rat-rod pickup. This truck was custom built about 6 years ago (I am the second owner). The custom chassis has been "Z'd" in the center and was made from 2"x 4" square tubing and was all jig built. Its got a small block Chevy 350 with aluminum Offenhauser intake (with real working "Tri-Power"), GM Turbo 400 automatic transmission, Super Bell 4" dropped front axle, Saginaw steering box, 1940 Ford front brakes, rear axle is a 10 bolt Chevy, out of an S-10, and is on stationary Airbags. Interior has custom built aluminum "Bomber" seats, stock 1930 steering wheel (with suicide knob) upgraded oil and temp gauges, and has an ammo case center console. The cab was chopped nearly 8" (I'm 5'10" -180 lbs and fit inside just fine), and the upper louvered roof panels open up on both sides. Its got an 11.5 gallon aluminum fuel tank, and also has a brand new Optima "Red-Top" battery. I've also installed an inline fuel shutoff, and battery kill-switch as well. The patina on the truck is 100% REAL - there's nothing fake here..! Few holes and dents here and there (Hey- its a Ratrod right !) but the body is really solid..(cab originally came from Kansas, and the bed is near mint !!). Everything also works as it should (all lights, directionals, horn, etc, and it's registered and currently on the road now). This truck is an absolute blast to drive, has won many trophies, and draws an INSANE amount of attention both at the car-shows, and just simply driving down the street. Lots of other small details that should be seen in person to be appreciated - (1924 "Fyr-Fytr" extinguisher converted into an overflow tank, original 60's Corvette aluminum valve covers, 60's devil head bottle opener, patina'd Rat-Trap in the bed, etc) I also have a clean and clear current Massachusetts state title IN hand. I reserve the right to end this auction at any time as the truck is also currently "For Sale" locally. $500 deposit is due at the auctions close, and the winning bidder will have to make arrangements with a shipping company to pick the truck up from my house (if your not local). If you have any questions, please feel free to ask. Thanks for looking. On Oct-01-15 at 07:05:53 PDT, seller added the following information: I've had a few questions about the wheels & tires. The rims are 1933-35 stock 16" Ford wire wheels (in great condition, just surface patina),and the tires are as follows- Fronts- 6.00 x 16" and the rears are- 7.50 x 16" 0 On Oct-03-15 at 08:15:34 PDT, seller added the following information: Had a few requests for more pics on the interior/dash, engine and the bed & rear of the chassis, so I've just added those !!
