Beautiful 1991 Corvette with low miles.Car runs and drives great. We enjoy owning and driving it.We do not want to sell, but we have to bring another car into the household for work and live in an HOA neighborhood with restrictions and limited parking. We do not have room for an additional car. We bought this car just for casual enjoyment earlier this year. We wanted one with a good foundation so we searched for one with low miles. Most of them out there have high miles or are priced between ten to fifteen thousand dollars.The previous owner had this car for many years and had only drove it 500 miles in the last 6.5 years. Before we bought it the previous owner had the following repairs done.- New Fuel Injectors- New Battery- New AC filter/drier unit- One new tire Since we have owned the car we have completed the following maintenance.- Coolant Flush- New spark plugs- New Kenwood Stereo Deck with CD, USB, Bluetooth, and DVD.- Replaced one Bose Speaker amplifier.- New cooling fan temp switch.- Mobil 1 Motor Oil and Filter- New bushings in both flip-up headlights. This is a normal maintenance for these cars as the bushings wear out and then the headlight motor does not stop on time. - New wiper blades THE PRISTINE 1991 CORVETTES WITH LOW MILES LIKE THIS ONE ARE AVAILABLE FOR 10-15 THOUSAND DOLLARS ON EBAY. Please do not expect that as I am listing this with full disclosure so you can accurately assess. We consider this car very nice driver quality. It looks beautiful, but you do not have to worry about every little scuff or scratch happening if you park it somewhere because it has some flaws as most twenty-five year old cars do. THE PAINT HAS A HANDFUL OF SCRATCHES AND SCUFFS THAT HAVE BEEN TOUCHED UP. Maybe half a dozen with a few longer scratches as pictured. The car looks beautiful going down the road or from ten feet away, but when you get close you will see some paint defects and touch-ups.I have attached pictures of the defects for your review, but just as you don't notice them from ten feet away they also do not show up that great in the pictures. The two biggest or most noticeable defects up close are a scratch around the antenna hole and a couple of vertical scratches just behind the drivers door handle.There is a smaller repair right above and behind the front drivers wheel and there is a small 2-3" spider web just off of the passenger front corner where it meets the front nose cone.There is a few other small ones that are harder to spot. Just giving full disclosure here. The car is beautiful and still has its shine. The paint does not suffer from fade.This car is believed to be original paint with no accidents. ITEMS THAT WILL NEED REPLACEMENT OR CARE: - One tire is new, three will need to be replaced. Those three tires have lots of rubber left on them, but are old from age due to the low mileage/not getting driven.- The Glass Targa top Clear Coat has dried up. This is common at this age. You can leave it alone or get it restored. There are companies that sand down the glass and then apply a new clear coat to the tinted top if you desire it to be pristine. It was fine for me and does not affect the function of the top. I tried to catch it in a picture, but it will not show.- The power seat tracks are due for rebuild. You have to kind of wiggle up and down as you hold the power button for it to move back and forward. Very common on these cars. You can buy rebuilt Power seat tracks for about $225.00 each or do what I planned to and order a couple of used manual Corvette seat tracks at $50.00 each.- The car needs a new weather strip kit. the weather strips are dry and cracking in some spots due to age. The rear hatch one has shrunk some it appears. These kits are available for $300-400.00 on eBay. AGAIN - JUST TO REPEAT. I AM AN HONEST SELLER AND TRYING TO DISCLOSE EVERYTHING TO YOU. This is a beautiful car at a great price with low miles. If you are looking for a driver quality Corvette, this one is at a great price.
