Up for sale my 1997 318ti e36 with rare //M sport package. Silver/Black, Auto with 132K on a very solid and clean running M44 engine. This car is in excellent mechanical and cosmetic condition. Has the rare manual sport seats and a fantastic sport suspension, ac, PS, PW, power sunroof, rain-sensing windshield wipers, business radio with iPhone/Android 3mm phone jack, factory OEM 6-disk CD changer plus all of the standard e36 features. I am the third owner and have all maintenance receipts from new plus original window sticker, all books/manuals, three sets of key. Car has been adult owned from day one, never been smoked in and has received old school maintenance during my ownership. No accidents and all body panels have original OEM VIN decals correctly placed. West coast car so no rust either. Current BMW CCA owner who has taken exceptional care of this 1997 318Ti. Additional vehicle details: 1. DSII wheels shod with 225-45-17 Sumitomo tires. 2. New //M suspension including F/R shocks, upper/lower control arms, control arm bushings, tie-rods, rear trailing arm bushings, new F/R sway-bar bushings. Suspension was redone using only OEM BMW factory parts. Handles really nice. 3. New Guibo and center support bushings. 4. All fluids replaced (Tranny, Radiator, Rear-diff, Power-steering, radiator coolant) 5. New power steering hoses. 6. New Alternator. 7. Stainless steel brake-lines. 8. New Front/Rear brakes and new pads 9. New factory heater blower plus new cabin air-filter cleaner elements. 10. New BMW OEM fabric floor mats plus OEM rubber floor mats. 11. New serpentine belt, idler pulleys 12. K&N Air Filter 13. New F/R exhaust hangers 14. Complete tool-kit with all OEM correct tools 15. New Interstate battery 16. Tinted rear windows 17. New front/rear BMW oem speakers. 18. Euro Amber fog lights. 19. Runs great and is very tight. This car runs great and everything works as it should and is a beautiful 318Ti. Can be driven across country with no problems. As mentioned, I have receipts for all items above plus receipts dating all the way back to when car was new. Vehicle will come with original window sticker, all keys (including factory alarm fobs) and manuals. Great gas mileage. Clear title. The car was sold to Saddleback BMW in Irvine, CA. The build date was 1/97. It remained in CA until 2001. I use port of origin/dealer location when determining where a vehicle is originally from. I purchased the car in 2010 from NJ. We are now in 2015. If you back out 97-2001 = 4 years and 2010-2015 = 5 years there are a total of 9 years where the car has lived on the West coast. That said, there are no issues with rust, rot or decay of any sort or any problems associated with the car given that it lived in NJ for several years. Please let me know if you have any questions.
