1973 BMW 2002tii 4 Speed manual 111,671 miles indicated VIN 2763999 This is a rare opportunity to own a matching numbers BMW 2002tii. Unfortunately this car has suffered extensively from being exposed to New England winters in years ago. The engine starts immediately, and runs very smoothly with no valve noise or inner engine noises. There is no smoking or burning of oil under acceleration or deceleration. It pulls very strong and idles smoothly. In spite of the chassis rust the car this Tii drives smoothly, stops well w/o any pull left or right and the transmission shifts without any synchro crunch. All of my friends that have driven this car have walked away amazed considering the chassis rust! The body has been repainted in the past, and appears to originally been Sahara in color. Period correct alloys are included as shown. The chassis is badly rusted and was previously repaired.
