All sales are subject to a 0.1985% Texas Vehicle Inventory Tax (VIT) and a $5.00 buyer’s tag fee (for your temporary license plate). For example, a $10,000 purchase results in a $19.85 VIT. If you are registering the vehicle in Texas, you will be required to pay 6.25% sales tax and $107.25 for title and registration. If you are not registering the vehicle in Texas, you will be responsible for taxes, title, and license fees in your own state. All obligations of the winning bidder shall be payable in Travis County, Texas. It is agreed by all parties in relation to any transaction involving this vehicle that the proper venue for any legal proceedings shall be Travis County, Texas.
