This is a 2001 BMW 325i sedan that will provide a great start for anyone looking to restore and rebuild a 3-series BMW for themselves. There is a lot of car here for the money, but as with any German car, especially BMW, it takes time, skill and money to restore these vehicles. Once done, they are completely worth it. Our business, however, lacks the time and storage space to accomplish this. So, we are offering it to whomever wishes to take on the challenge! Known Issues - - Engine burns oil. Temp stays good, right in the middle, but engine probably needs some seal/gasket work done. - A/C does not work. Compressor does not turn on, so that is suspected to be the problem. Heat and blowers work properly.- Auxiliary fan engages when accelerator is pressed. An electrical fault that can be detected/corrected with a BMW diagnostic computer and proper knowledge. Good stuff - - Drives great, suspension is in good working order- Aside from the mentioned issues, engine runs strong. - Interior is in tact, only cleaning necessary- Good tires- All electrical components not mentioned to be malfunctioning have been observed to work (radio, lights, gauges, etc.) This is a wholesale special.
