You are bidding on a 1985 Chrysler Lebaron 2 Door Convertible in as is condition. This car is located in Fruita, Colorado. It is well used and in poor condition, needing among other things reupholster and possibly a new top. Bidder should inspect before bidding. The car was recently looked over by a prospective buyer who was able to start it and who offered $400. Because it is being sold as is, that it is running is not guaranteed. For instance I don't know if the battery was good or if the buyer brought one with him to try it. Also because there is obvious damage, the car not being "as Advertised" will not be a valid excuse for not completing the sale. The entire purchase price for the car must be paid within three days of the end of the auction and the car must be removed within thirty days of the end of the auction.
