This is a rare 2 door coupe body that originally had a 6 cyl. motor. It was replaced with a stronger, more reliable, V-8 Chevrolet motor in 1989, by a shop in Los Angeles that specialized in Jaguar motor conversions, according to the previous Los Angeles owner who purchased the car in 1993, and then sold it to me in Feb., 2015.The car is a good driver with the original 3 speed auto trans. and most everything is in good working condition. The a/c and wipers are not working, the power front windows work but the rears do not. There is a gas leak in the passenger's side tank, but the driver's tank is ok so I just use that tank.The body is free of rust and straight, the paint is in average condition, the blue leather interior is nice (leather under the front seat covers is very good), and the dash pad is also very good, with no cracks.
