The engine was rebuilt in 2000 by Santa Monica VW at 84,000 car now has 1140,000 original miles. 56,000 on rebuild. Oil changed every 5000 I have all receipts and records. I put in studed wing windows and all new rubber around windows and doors. car is in Show Room Condition. I have to sell this car due to health issues. This car runs like a top, starts every time first crank. Gets up to 55mpg. Everything works.
