Up for bids today is a 2008 Dodge Nitro SLT 4x4 SUV. We are a Michigan dealer and run our auctions very simply. It is a 3 day, no reserve, high bidder owns it auction. These aren't junk cars, or stuff we can't put on the road, this is just another channel for us to move some inventory, and with a lot of vehicles on Ebay going at or near true wholesale, this is your chance to get a great deal on some very nice vehicles! This 2008 Nitro is a great midsize SUV. You get plenty of room inside, 4x4 capability, and Dodge's rugged good looks. This Nitro is loaded with the SLT package. It has painted exterior trim, chrome accents, 16" alloy wheels, power windows, locks, ice cold a/c, cruise, CD stereo with XM satellite radio, keyless entry, economical V6 engine, automatic transmission, 4x4, factory tow, and more. This is a great looking, running, and driving SUV but please read the entire description as this does have an engine tick. Lets start outside. The exterior of this Nitro is nice. It looks great as you can see in the pics. As with any used vehicle please expect normal wear, light scratches, door dings, etc. The only things to point out on the exterior are on the front bumper there is some scuffing that has been touched up(see pic). Nothing is broken just looks like it rubbed against something, a colortec type place could blend in the bumper and make it look new again for less than 200.00 if you wanted to do that. The back bumper has some light spider webbing right over the hitch(see pic). The wheels are showing some oxidation in spots. Nothing out of the ordinary for an 08 but I wanted to point that out. Inside this is very clean. I would give it a 9/10. The floors, seats, dash, and door panels are all very clean. You can tell this was taken care of. You won't have to do anything to the inside of this Dodge other than replace the trim piece on the side of the drivers seat(see pic). The buttons all work, and the radio sounds great. Mechanically is where it will need work if you want to fix it. As I said, it does have some upper end noise/ticking. I just took this on a 600 mile round trip last week to test it out and had no issues at all, and knowing how ticks are you could likely drive this for years without a problem, so I will call it more of an annoyance than anything but it is there and if you want to fix that you will have to account for it. Other than the tick, the engine sounds great, it runs great, and doesn't smoke. The transmission shifts perfectly, and the 4x4 goes in and out like it should. The tires are good with 65% or more tread left, the brakes are right at the top and it stops great. So that's it, a very nice SUV that looks and drive excellent. It has a clean title and is ready to go to the high bidder at no reserve. Shipping or pickup is up to the buyer but we will help as much as we can. Payment is due within 7 days. We have to collect 6% sales tax and title fees from Michigan residents but we do not charge a doc fee.
