Vehicle Detail
Hello, We purchased the car used about five years ago, and I can't attest to how it was taken care of before we bought it. However, my wife is a school teacher and we live just a couple of blocks from her work. Hence the low miles. Our sons live about and hour from us, so most of the miles are on the highway from her or us visiting them. She definitely babied the vehicle and as you will see in the pictures, there are very few nicks in the paint. Just a couple very tiny ones on the hood and the others are when mostly on the plastic parts and those are pretty insignificant also. The car is very clean inside and out. The interior leather is in great condition, only the drivers side seat has a little bit of wear. This has been a great car, and the only reason we are selling it is because we got a great deal on my company car - my company gave me first dibbs when they replaced it. This is about as close as you will get to that old yarn "it was only driven to church by a little old lady". Do me a favor and don't tell my wife I used that analogy! By the way, it has a towing package, and the third row seating so you can fit seven passengers fairly comfortably I try to be careful about full disclosure and it was mentioned above that there are a few minor nicks here and there, the little vanity mirror on the drivers side visor needs a new latch, and there is a very slow leak in one of the front tires. I didn't see a nail in it, I think it just needs the rim to be resealed. The tires have 25 - 30,000 miles on them and they look pretty good to me. You'll have to be the judge of that, though. The only issue we had that I can think of is that a couple of lights on the dash burned out (we had them fixed), and the tire sensors needed to be replaced - this was done also. But that said, this is all just to the best of my ability---I'm a banker not a mechanic! Kind of sad to see it go, we hope it goes to a good home. Happy bidding!
