This is an excellent car for a family's teenage child getting their first vehicle. This 2002 Ford Mustang has stayed with me for 12 years since buying it with <15000 miles on it. and has carried me to countless places reliably throughout the years. I have recently invested in a 2010 model and must part ways with my old girl. Condition is Fair. The engine is sound and I've not had any issues with the engine itself. I've recently replaced the ABS control module, Cam Position Sensor, alternator, and overhauled the break/suspension system within the last year. The suspension work that was done also had a warranty with it and is still valid until 8/31/15. I can provide scanned receipts of the upkeep of the car upon request. I will provide a condensed version in this ad. The only issue with this car currently is the small amount of damage at the rear passenger taillight and a recommendation from my mechanic to check the rear differential. The car has had a smoke free environment for its entire lifetime. Features: This is a stock Mustang for all intents and purposes, but I've added to her over the years. For the exterior, it was single exhaust and I had added true dual with Magnaflow. I installed a cold air intake with a K&N filter for a little better fuel mileage. It has custom American Racing wheels and low profile tires. I still have the original stock wheels as well, which will be included in this sale.They do have tires attached, but are very old, unusable. For the Interior, it has an aftermarket eclipse MP3 player hooked up to an Interfire IB2600 700w amp powering two 12 inch Eclipse SW6123DVC speakers which will also be included with this vehicle. Eclipse/Fujitsu Ten no longer sell any car audio accessories in the United States so unfortunately these are no longer serviceable but possibly collectible? I've also attached some custom illuminated fans to the amp for show and cooling. I've also installed an under-dash LED lighting system with a toggle switch in the center console. History: I am the second owner of this car at (I believe) around 15,000 miles. The first owner was a rental company. I've had the car in my possession for nearly its entire lifespan. The vehicle was purchased at Jim Taylor Ford in Ruston, LA. The title is clean, and it does have an instance of a 'wreck' but it was involving a drunk driver bumping into my car a <20 mph. The front driver's side was dented but was replaced by insurance. There has never been any structural damage to the car. The damage at the rear passenger taillight was self inflicted when I backed into a brick encased mailbox.There was a theft of the aftermarket radio that required repairs/replacement of parts of the dashboard, also covered by insurance.
