Vehicle Detail

This car sold on ebay and the buyer lives 3000 miles away and cant complete the deal. If you plan to bid and have very low or bad feedback please contact me or I will cancel the bid. Thanks... Now here it goes again, This will probably be the cheapest running, driving 1967 Chevelle Convertible listed. I bought the car a little while ago to fix up and drive this summer but unfortunately my house flooded and I really have no time for a car now. It has been off the road for many years so it needs a good look over before setting out on the road. The car has is a good running 350, th350 trans with a ratchet shifter, and a 12 bolt rear. The car appeared to be restored many years ago and looks decent. It does have bubbles and dings but I was going to do a quick clean up and spray it the original color (butternut Yellow). I just wanted a clean looking cruiser. If you want an all out show car you would need to give it a full strip and proper restoration. The convertible top is a bit ratty but usable, and the power doesn't work. It can be raised and lowered by hand. The interior is what you'd expect of a car that has been sitting many years, It is usable but could use a redo. I drove the car around a bit, it runs and drives really well, but there are some electrical bugs to work out. The tail lights, blinkers and brake lights work but the headlights are sporadic. The gas gauge, horn and radio are NOT currently working. I was going to buy a complete harness for the car and re-wire it. The tires are dried out and it's missing the seat belts for some reason. If you put a few thousand into it and a few weeks labor you'll have a car worth thousands more than what I'm starting the *No Reserve* auction at. Just look at the other convertibles on eBay. There is a small hole in the frame under the drivers door which is really common on these convertibles because the frames are boxed for strength (Closed) and catch water. (Look at pics). I've owned 5 of these cars and 2 had this same hole. It only cost a couple hundred to fix the last one but that was 10yrs ago. Feel free to ask any questions.
