Up for auction is a 1963 Pontiac Tempest 2 door post. This car is fresh from California and is very original. It is an original back car with black bucket seat interior and still appears to have its original paint and upholstery. It has a stock 4 cylinder engine with a 3 speed manual on the floor. It will run and drive fine, stops good but it may need some work before any long trips. This car is from California and is fairly solid but does have some rust issues shown in the pictures, mainly around the windshield. Around the back window looks good. There is a little rust on the passengers side roof as shown The trunk lid has some rust and the trunk floor has some rust scale but still seems solid may have some pin holes. The floors seem pretty solid but has a few pin holes as well, nothing too bad. Other than that the rest of the car is very solid and all the outer trim is intact, it does have some dents here and there and some damage on the front fender, all can be seen in pictures. Overall this would be a good start for a project car it is very complete and is already a running driving car. These 2 door post Lemans are hard to find and don't come up for sale often, it would make an excellent 421SD clone. The seats are in good condition the drivers side does have a rip, the carpet and headliner have been removed. Other than that it seems complete. There is a factory tachometer in the dash and it has a factory rear speaker. The wheels are the original 15". This car has a clear California title.
