Vehicle Detail
Up for your consideration is my pro-touring 1971 Chevy Camaro SS. It is a true SS car as evidenced by the VIN, with a 4 speed Muncie transmission and a worked SB350. Upgrades/features include: · Holley heads · Holley Dominator Intake · Harland Aluminum roller rockers · Mild cam, nice lope · Hooker headers · New Flowmaster mufflers w 3” exhaust (2 chamber- sounds mean) · New plugs and wires · New radiator hose · New alternator, cover, belts and pulleys · New valve covers · New air cleaner and filter · Tuned this winter · About 1500 miles on synthetic oil change · Front disk brakes, fresh brake bleed, stops on a dime · IROC tight-ratio power steering box · New chrome power steering pump · New billet steering wheel · New shifter and linkage · New shift boot, trim and knob · Fresh balanced drive shaft · 2” fiberglass cowl hood · Fiberglass upper and lower valance · Fiberglass fenders (R&L) · Fiberglass inner fender wells · Fiberglass trunk lid w/spoiler · Fuel cell in trunk · Complete new front end rebuild and alignment (inner and outer tie rods and tie rod sleeves, L and R swaybar bolts and bushings, upper and lower ball joints R&L, R&L control arm bushings) · New front shocks · New front lowering springs w 2” drop · New rear air shocks w 2” drop · 20” Ridler 5 spoke black rims with chrome 3 bar spinners · 225-35-20 Nexen tires · New headliner · New carpet w 3mm soundproofing underlay · New JVC stereo/head unit w/detach face and ipod out · New chrome door sill runners This car starts, runs, steers, drives and stops great. It is very fast with all the engine work done and it sounds great. This thing hauls butt. There is no rust on body but there has been some bondo work that could be redone and repainted to make this car show worthy. The right front fender bracket is cracked in the front and there is a small gap between fender and hood. This could be fixed by someone with a working knowledge of fiberglass or you could replace both front fenders with new metal ones for about $500 new if you really wanted. Front bumperettes are fiberglass painted chrome, but I have a brand new chrome, front and rear full length bumpers that are included in sale. This is a turn-key, ready to drive and enjoy muscle car that you can cruise as is or put a few finishing touches on and show. The speedo, tach, temp guage, oil pressure gauge all work, as does interior light, key buzzer, turn signals, headlights, tail lights and brake lights. I also have an air pump that you can install in the trunk and connect to the air shock reservoir that’s also in the trunk. You then mount the remote switch somewhere on/under the dash and you can fill or deplete the air in the rear shocks allowing you to raise and then lower the rear over speed bumps, steep driveways, etc. It’s not hooked up, still new in box and is also included in sale. The mileage is true documented mileage, NOT an ”exempt” mileage car and I have a clean PA title for it in my name. I am in York, PA so if you are in the area feel free to come by to check it out and we can go for a spin. Car is for sale locally so I reserve the right to end auction at any time. Deposit required at end of auction. I have made no attempt to lie to, deceive or cheat you, I'd appreciate it if you do the same.
