This is a 1978 Chevy 4x4 with a 400ci 3 spd manual transmission. This truck was purchased new by a family member and has been used very little over the last 37 years, it has been sitting in a barn untouched for the last 10 years, the debris shown in the bed was the last load of pine tree limbs we were hauling on the property. I believe in the 90's we changed the original 350 motor to a 400 that had very low miles on it. The truck has rust in the usual Chevy truck places, but not as bad as some I have seen. (driver's door bottom is the worst, behind each wheel well...I will add more pictures) I do have an additional passenger door (that looks to be in good shape) for this truck and a couple of brush bars that should fit it. The passenger side front tire leaks air. The Holley carburetor drips fuel from the front pump (I am guessing that is what you would call it), the brakes seem to lack much pressure, the tires were basically shot 20 years ago, but we never took it off the property so it didn't matter much. The interior smells of mouse urine from sitting in a barn for over 20 years. I will continue to clean the inside and outside of this truck until it is picked up. I just put a new battery and starter in the truck this week, and it started right up. I would plan on trailering this truck away.
