DESCRIPTION: This car helped set the benchmark for sports cars, especially for exotic sports cars. This is an unbelievable 1976 Porsche 911/930, wide body look with "Flaubau" (Slant Nose) steel body conversion. This Porsche 911 SC is equipped with a 2.7L six-cylinder engine which is mounted to a five-speed transmission that shifts smoothly, power brakes, power windows, power sunroof, original leather interior and an upgraded Blaupunet AM/FM/CD player RPD 555 (220 watts). The engine purrs like a kitten and once started opens up and puts you pressed to the back of your seat like only a Porsche can. The black leather interior has been well maintained and only shows light wear for the age of the car. Looks incredible and still feels so subtle and soft. Interior carpet is in fair condition as well, and the vehicle has new floor mats. A pair of later mirrors has also been installed. The instrument panel is also in great shape and all gauges work perfectly. The radial tires are wrapped on the widened chrome stock Porsche wheels with absolutely no curb rash nor chips or dings. The power sunroof opens nicely to let the wind in your hair as you power down the road. The vehicle corners like a dream and the full "Flaubau" all steel body kit helps keep this "Slant Nose" grounded. Cosmetically, the car is quite nice. Though the paint is not original, the body and panels are straight and free of corrosion. The glass and lights are in very good condition, and the rubber is in very fine shape. The car is quick, nimble, and very sporty to drive. The brakes, (four disk brake) engine, and transaxle operate as they should. Underside is straight. This car would make a superb drive, and thanks to its upgrades, it bridges the gap between older 911s and more recent ones very well. Because it is a 1976, it is limitless in possibilities for further improving the performance of the motor. It features a whale tail, roll cage, and boasts a unique door style. It has some paint imperfections. Due to the age of the car it is offered AS IS with no warranty. I recommend to install a new set of tires due to the fact that it has been inactive in the garage; it has only been used to drive around the block to keep it in working order.
