This Hayabusa has a HMF dual high-mount carbon exhaust (stock system included), Gilles rear sets, a Brembo front brake master, S/S front lines, GSXR 1000 radial-mount front brakes and forks (original forks, triple tree and brakes included) TRE, Power Commander, +2 rear sprocket and more. The radial-mount brakes are a great improvement over stock, but the original stock forks, triple clamp and brake calipers are included with the bike. Seats are in very good condition, with no tears. Rear hump is included, like-new, in box. I have owned this bike since new and it has never been dropped, down or abused. It is a tremendously fast motorcycle that is in excellent overall condition. Owner's manual and other documentation are included. The HMF full system is stainless steel with carbon cans and sounds great. Not excessively loud, but has a wonderful sound. The only substantial blemish is the front fender. It is completely useable, but has a crack and really should be replaced by a Gen 2 or a GSXR fender.
