I have a 98' 328i BMW sedan up for sale. Will make a great parts car! I say parts car because the car is in rough shape body-wise but still runs, drives great, and passed smog 2013. Smog is due 2015 and I have not tested it but know it wont pass as is; the exhaust system is leaking due to a very poorly installed catalytic convertor. I have been using it as a commuter back and forth to San Jose everyday so it is very trusted and reliable, but plan on upgrading soon. The Good - Black paint, black interior, Power windows and door locks, moon roof, great handling, good fuel mileage, great factory sound system, interior in good shape with normal wear/tear. Engine and transmission strong, no major issues The bad - a/c doesn't work, ignition lock tumbler failed (vehicle still runs and drives) The ugly - It was in a front end collision, the hood was never replaced and front fenders and bumper are in rough shape, various other dents, dings and body issues. The wheels in the picture have been replaced, wheels do not match left to right but all exact same size. Will post up updated pics asap. Because the car is in rough shape it would be great for some one in need of a lot of parts or a super cheap commuter. The interior is black and in good shape overall. Transmission has no problems, engine has no major problems. This is a good deal and I'm looking to sell as soon as possible. I don't have the title for the vehicle (I lost it a while ago during a move) but it is in my name. I'm happy to write up a bill of sale and release of liability with dmv. I can get the title but the dmv is a pain which is why I never did it so far. I am willing to accept cash in person, or paypal online. I can deliver the vehicle if it is local, otherwise buyer is responsible for pick up. On Jun-25-15 at 19:59:52 PDT, seller added the following information: Important update to the description; The front windshield has a large crack in it. Also the hood does not open in the normal way, it has a hood pin retaining set up just like the old muscle cars. I realized when added photos neither of these items were in the original picture or description. There is no spare tire in trunk and no cupholder either. Currently runflat tires are installed.
