Summary: This is a 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee for sale by the owner's son. The Title of the vehicle is in my father's name but has been signed and approved. It is awaiting the signature of the future owner. We purchased this car from CarLink in Morristown, NJ in December of 2014. I needed a vehicle at the time, but have since moved to the NYC area. This vehicle is in fantastic condition and only has 121,772 miles. The battery was replaced in March of this year and I have the original receipt which I will include in the sale. Unfortunately these is no orignial booklet with this vehicle (it was not included in our purchase back in Decmeber). The vehicle also had a number of things repaired prior to our purchase in December (this was part of the contract). We recently added new pistons to the hood of the car as well. Unfortunately, the back right (passenger side) door does not open. I do not believe their is a very significant or costly problem, but it is not something I haven't looked into. I've generally been using this for 1-2 passengers. There was a recent oil change. The car includes a spare time (not a full size tire) and jumper cables. Condition: This car is in great condition, with the exception a few minor scratches. I've noticed that some of the paint on the hood of the vehicle seems to be delaminating (dime sized spots that appear matted rather than gloss). As I mentioned in the summary above, the right-rear door does not open. Other than these two issues, there does not appear to be anything serious. The tires are quite warn, but held up well through the recent winter. The oil was changed about a month ago. The "Part Time" light is active, but is not an issue. I asked the mechanic as we had the battery installed and he said this is a recurring issue amongst these type of Jeeps. There is not deeper issue, but simple a communication malfunction. I would encourage anyone to have the vehicle inspected themselves if there are any concerns. History: The vehichle history report would be the best reference to any and all vehicle history. I have provide the most recent history in the paragraphs above. Shipping and Payment: All payments must be cleared before the vehicle is handed over. Cash is perferred, but cashier's and certified checks will be accepted. If you do plan to provide a check, you will have to wait until the check can be cleared.
