2002 Ford Windstar LX Miles 161103.6 Vin # 2FMZA51491BC00051 Condition:The interior and exterior are in great condition. The last time I tried to start the engine it did start and I was able to engage the transmission to move the vehicle.Major Problem: Hole in oil pan, vehicle will need a new oil pan and seals for it. The vehicle leaks a tremendous amount of oil through the hole. Vehicle turned over the last time I tried it which was when I discovered the oil leak. I was able to put it in reverse without any problems to move it backwards. It also leaks coolant in the same area, and will probably need a seal replaced for that as well. Both started leaking at the same time. Minor Problems: Windows - front windows do not go up or down. Rear windows will sometimes hesitate to open or close. Heat - AC blows great cold air but the temperature doesn't change (it stays cold) and doesn't blow any warm or hot air, ABS light in dash board - stays on, it may go off intermittently, or stay off for the first few minutes of driving. Vehicle has passed all inspections, so this doesn't affect driving it legally or safely on the road.Spare tire holder - won't move up or down, it may need to be replaced or it might just need some WD40. I've priced most of these parts for repair/replacement. And they are relatively inexpensive fixes of $100 or less in parts. If you have the ability to perform the work yourself there would be a great savings. The exterior is in excellent condition, the interior is in excellent condition, and the transmission hasn't given me any problems at all.Features: Vehicle comes with all standard features for an LX model.
