I have about 600 items listed including so check my other listings. The Corvette you see in background is for sale too but listed separately. This is a RARE find this 1979 Mazda RX7 was built in March of 1978 I have a picture of the build date on the door opening. Also early 1979s did not have passenger mirror as this one doesn't either. These are rare in any condition and this is the only one on ebay but this being original paint this early is a real find. This car runs great it has less than 40000 miles on it. I would not be afraid to drive this car anywhere in the country it always starts right up and has never given me an issue and yes the headlights do pop up and work fine. The VIN is SA22C502*** making this one of the first 2400 RX7s ever made. It has the original factory 4 barrel and this one came with the optional 5 speed making it even more desirable and the fact nobody has molested this car you can do what you want, leave as is, restore it, or hot rod it. You aren't going to have another chance to buy one this early. There is a battery maintenance control which was added because this car was garaged but easily removed and nothing was drilled so no disturbing the original engine. The heater works fine the AC may or may not work the blower blows hard but never ran it long enough to test it out and see if it gets cold. I always like the windows down and the top out. This has normal scratches and some body dings but no rust. The floors and frame and solid and no rust either. There are some dash cracks and one tiny hole in passenger door panel. As you can see from the pics the rest of the interior is nice and the dash and panel can be replaced if you want to fix it. I want cash not a trade for project you are tired of or a check or money order I want cash and you drive away with title in hand.
